Both systems? Wii U without a doubt but the 3DS had an awesome 1st half line-up.

Nintendo is putting its full weight behind 3DS year-long, yes, but that includes the second half of the year. Mario & Luigi in August, Pokemon in October, and Zelda in November. I'd say that's even better than the first half, which had Fire Emblem in February, Luigi's Mansion in March, and Animal Crossing in June. Discounting DKC3D and third-party games.
