It's not really derailling when it actually relates to OP. Is it that far of a stretch to think "It happens at N4G, it is not so surprising something similar happens here"?
It may not be a post that was friendly or that invited constructive posts, but the last thing it was is off-topic.
A lot of off-topic judges exist here. Rarely are they right.
