The Vita version certainly chugs, but I think you were more insulted by it than most (and I'm frequently accused of being a frame rate whore). I actually really enjoyed playing through Jak and Daxter 1 (not tried the others yet) to call it unplayable is a gross exaggeration, there were people in this very thread who platinumed it in a day clearly showing it is perfectly playable. Though the lower frame rate definitely makes some sections more difficult than they should be (and than I think Naughty Dog intended them to be) it's certainly above 8fps. It actually runs about 20+fps and is a better frame rate than Grand Theft Auto 3 had on release.

I didn't actually notice the audio issue either that could well be something on the US card thats not present on the EU one though. I certainly think Vita Lounge's 9/10 was far too high, but I think 6-7/10 is somewhere near for the Vita port IMO.

At the end of the day, for your £20, you get some fantastic platformers and when you compare them to other portable platform games, you suddenly find you have some of the better 3D platform games available.

Mike's real 1-10 no whiney ranting scaled rating of truth - 6.5/10

I platinumed it too, so it's technically playable, but I said it's borderline unplayable.  it was a royal pain in the ass at every turn.  I want to go through and get all the tropies in 2 and 3 as well, but I certainly won't be doing it on Vita.

Also, who are you or anyone else to tell me what I did or did not experience?  this was very clearly sub 20FPS in certain spots, and I was constantly plagued by glitches, audio problems, and all sorts of performance issues. Seriously, not a good port at all.
