Here's something else:

"After announcing at its Xbox One unveiling in May that it had 15 games in development, eight of which were exclusives, Sony Europe CEO Jim Ryan told Gamereactor that it has 30 PlayStation 4 exclusives in development, 20 of which will arrive in the console’s first year and at least 12 of which are brand new franchises. Some of those currently unannounced PS4 games will be revealed at the German Gamescom convention in August, Ryan hinted.http://www.digitaltrends.com/gaming/sony-one-ups-microsoft-with-20-ps4-exclusives-in-first-year/#ixzz2ZFeFW6G2 "

MS try again

Good old Sony, doing what Sony does.

announcing things way in advance again..... anyone seen Agent or Eight days or Last Guardian recently?

Yeah, based on this console generation, we'll see what company succeeds in bringing the games.  If the Xbox 360 and PS3 are what we can base our predictions on, I have no problem betting that Xbox One will have more games out the gate, but Sony will end up having far more when it's all said and done.

As Sony has mentioned in the past multiple times over the last half decade or so, it's a marathon, not a sprint.  the PS3's 2013 vs the Xbox 360's 2011, 2012, and 2013 can attest to that.

And Sony will be more generous with Indies, so the one place the Xbox 360 excelled is going to be a far more level playing feild, probably edging towards Sony's camp.
