I already explained why benao was my initial suspect going into toDay. And to repeat myself again; Neither you, FF, nor Astro are ruled out from having used the Genesis Engine though.

Are you messing with me in the first paragraph? I can't tell. Anyway, if benao is scum, he cannot be the only scum left, regardless of astro speaking the truth or not. If astro is truthful, benao wasn't happyD's killer, so there must be another scum. If astro lied, he has to be benao's partner, so once again two scum.

No, I usually skip over flavor and read just the bold, unless someone mentions something. I had thought Beezalbub was the Deep Dark, but his being talked about as if still in the present caught my eye in the linked post, then went back to:
