Some people really think you have the right to physically assault a person just because he is following you for a few minutes. This is totally new to me. This is shocking.

Such twisted and dangerous sense of morals.

i find it even more shocking that people think its justifiable for someone to be put to death because they broke someone's nose

well fk me in that case

the fat kid should have been shot dead here right?

I find it shocking that you have completely misrepresented the facts. An unprovoked (yes following someone doesn't justify that person to attack you) attack in which your head is being slammed on the concrete is justifiable to use deadly force. 6 jurors agreed on that... You know.... the people who had the facts.

You do know that if the count was on manslaughter instead of second degree murder Zimmerman most likely would've gone to jail. A lesser count without testimony just made no sense, it would've been stupid not to let him go. The prosecution made a better case for manslaughter but it was a lesser charge. Even with neglegence with a deadly weapon. This is why the jury had to ask again for the definition of manslaughter before the verdict. I bet the prosecution feels sorry now.

Secondly, based on the cop/ self defense experts testimony, Zimmermans cuts on the back of the head are not subject from someones head being violently bashed on the floor. He would've had to have put up a struggle and his head hit the concrete for sure, which was Mark Omara's second point.

The moral of the story is....don't get into fights you cannot finish. Let the cops handle the job and one kid would've been going to college now and Zimmerman would've been moving on with his life.
