Bringing it back to the subject of this site. At least with game consoles we have a direct vested interest in the success of our preferred platform: more and better games. Not that it makes the extent of fanaticism with gaming consoles any less ridiculous, but at least there's a direct personal benefit to rooting for "victory". |
what is the personal benifits of such victory that other things such as sports dont benifit from?
