@OP: Assuming this is true, surely they can't literally be free, as in they're giving them away to anybody? I'd get one if that were case, but I probably wouldn't put it to good use, unless it can play retail games like kitler53 said hehe.
Although seeing how no link was given and the OPer hasn't responded, this is probably fakes.
