I Agree the justice system worked because the prosecution did a HORRIBLE job and the defense did a muich better job, it is sad because if this man had not followed and confronted this boy he would still be alive today. The case in general though should not have went to the media like it did. And Zimmerman getting charged with NOTHING is just crazy. But that is the way the system works I guess.

Why do you think Zimmerman only followed Trayvon. Have you ever been to a gated community? I know I have and been followed colsely while I was driving by a vehicle. Zimmerman was head of the watch. Zimmerman called the cops on multiple people. Zimmerman also most likely followed more. The fact that you still call him a child is just telling in every way. So, he has adult responsibilities... but fuck lets call him a child because it fits our agenda. The man never confronted the other adult.  Why did he have to be the one who confronted the other? Thats just poor logic and assumptions on your part. According to both Zimmerman and Jeantel, Trayvon lost Zimmerman. Also, if Zimmerman confronted Trayvon it would most likely be while on the phone with the authorities.

Sure I have been to a gated community and been followed before. Sure he lost Trayvon but then no one says how the "confrontation" started which would be key evidence. It is missing for a reason, and as I stated in the eyes of a parent 17 is still a child(not sure why you brought up agendas or what not but whatever floats your boat). And it is not that I am trying to make stuff up. I am just wondering why the prosecution never bothered to push for more questions to be answered they let A LOT slip up under the table.

 

I have already said the defense did a MUCH better job. It was NO WHERE near enough evidence for a conviction, the prosecution just looked silly to me with their arguments  just hear say and since only Zimmerman is there to tell the story to his side then of course most of teh story will go with what he said.. And did not take the stand to testify(smartly I might add) just means that the ENTIRE case was nothing more then hear say. Again it is a sad inccedent no matter what side you are looking at it from....and again sadly one that happens everyday.
