It depends. If Microsoft can come up with or land the next big franchise, then yes they could take off in Europe.
Sony/MS make similar types of machines aimed at the exact same audience, it doesn't take a lot to flip flop that audience IMO.
If the next "big" thing for the male 13-35 year old demo is on the XB1 and not on the PS4, sure, the tidal wave could shift in Europe.
