I honestly couldn't tell you. It wouldn't surprise me though seeing as the Canadian studios are usually the one's that put out the best games.

Looking up what they did on Wikipedia, turns out they just "Collaborated" with the rest of Rockstar.  I'm guessing they were just used as a coding house or asset creation.  They're expanding the studio though, so they might be working on a game themselves now.
