Yes, I clearly tried to force a tie by voting at the last minute. No way was I trying to force some action that could actually be telling about others.
As for not showing up again before deadline, that was actually my fault. I had intended to, to ensure there was no tie, but I overslept. Not being late for work takes priority over a game.
