thats cheating, your using different regions. Beside this is the first time pokemon being released (new pair gen) with japan. And thats where you have to look at. Japan! The other regions are only closer from the new pair of games to the third installment (yellow/crstal/emerald/platinum) is because it could catch up with japan. Ex: Black/white to black2/white2 for japan took 1year/10months while Other regions took 1year/5months. Also the fact that they were trying to rush 5th gen to bring out 6th. Im telling you, its coming 2015. There's no way they'll kill X/Y sales.
