so i suppose you completely disregard the fact that zimmerman pursued the kid and initiated whatever conflict they had? |
I don't understand this argument. Yes, zimmerman followed and engaged trayvon, but from all said and done, he did not initiate the physical confrontation. Correct me if i am wrong, but Trayvon was found with no wounds other thant the bullet hole while zimmerman did have some gashes in the back of his head and i believe a busted nose. It all seems to indicate that Trayvon attacked first or that he overpowered GZ to the ground, with the latter not being the case in my honest opinion.
Was it so hard for Trayvon to have just kept walking or just walked away? No matter how angry or scared you are, the last thing to be done is to attack somebody out of fear/anger. Plus, Trayvon was much leaner, fit and taller than GZ, I really really doubt he was afraid of GZ to the point where he loses it. That being said, GZ should not have confronted Trayvon, at all.
