so, of one billion users or something like that, how many are on the support page with problems? and i'm talking about real problems and not "how do i download a driver". with so many users it's pretty obvious that there are also many with problems. but the percentage would be important, not the number of people.
it's not as if some people don't have problems with their console from time to time (ps3's last update problems as example)
