Oh you are not mistaken. Everytime a thread like this comes about and the master race does what it does, I throw out the challenge to find that $400 Pc that outperforms the PS4. And it never happens : )

At a console launch it's unlikely. Give it a single year and the odds are in the PC builders favor.

This happens every gen.
