She needs to prove herself before I could give any accurate opinion. I don't like the fact that the Xbox division is being broken down into two divisions. Separate leaders requires constant communication, and sometimes egos flare. Should be an interesting next few years.

Yup, the guy in charge of Windows 8 and all of its controversial decisions was Steven Sinofsky, who stepped down shortly after Windows 8 released. Of course, keep in mind Sinofsky also spearheaded Windows 7 and that was pretty well-received.
