I didn't like spirited away at all, and don't like anime in general either. You should try Tonari no Totoro though, I liked it much much more than spirited away. I agree with the 90% sucks theorem though; the only shows I've seen that I like areDeath Note and Cowboy Bebop. Everything else is about ninjas and samurais basically.
