I believe so :P  He has not been taking care of his duty.  So if anybody else wants to nominate someone just say so and we can get the ball back rolling again.

Is this how the other nations were elected too? How about zappykins ,kowenki, and yo john(though he's a mod, not sure how active they are on making threads either though)
