I could say the UK but we are going down the shitter these days at least in the major cities. Gangs are increasingly a problem in places like London and the economy is pretty shit. The cost of living here is also very expensive and people don't seem to like immigrants coming over for some reason even though most of them wouldn't say anything disrespectful. The politicians are lying, corrupt thieves who will do anything to maintain power. Everything is so messed up here.
I recommend somewhere in Scandinavia (Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark), Germany or Canada although i have never been to those regions/ countries but they give off a good impression to me. That's because the economy appears to be strong. In Finland, education is completely free even to immigrants and i heard healthcare is free in the 3 areas i mentioned. Crime appears to be quite low too. They are all quite tolerant countries too. They all quite progressive except Canada. But apparently in Canada, it's very cheap to get citizenship there. A 1/3 of what it would cost in the UK, is what my teacher who came from Canada told me. But you should look into abit more, depends on what exactly you want.
