No, mainly because it's much, much harder to create revolutionary IPs now than it used to be. So many gaming genres and new ideas have already been tried, so to come up with something completely new and revolutionary would be rather difficult.
For what it's worth, I'd give Miyamoto a much better shot at doing it than just about anyone else...but I can't say I like his (or anyone else's) chances of making something that would qualify as revolutionary.
