I would say Germany. It is basically the hegemon of Europe (albeit a reluctant one mostly for historical reasons). Youth unemployment (and unemployment in general) is very low and it was the lowest the last time I checked (single digit numbers). The manufacturing and export sectors seems to be growing as well. Plus, they have an aging population, so they'll need immigrants in time (mostly skilled).

If Europe is your destination then I'd say aim for Northern Europe and avoid the South since the latter is plagued with all sorts of problems and are undergoing austerity measures. I'd say avoid the great majority of places in Latin America as well. Most countries are either stagnating or in decline.

I have little knowledge of Asia and Australia, so I can't endorse either. I do recommend you do your research first and look for countries that are growing, demand certain skills that can't be addressed with internal supply and even those with an aging population that would welcome immigrants to help address labor market issues.
