PS4 is surely going to hit the 20 million by 2015, I would like you to tell me why it is "WAY" too high

and not sure if xbone is going to sell that or less lol

It's not going to hit numbers that high because a lot of people will buy PS360s, a lot of the games that have been announced are cross-gen, so people wouldn't spend 400/500 on the PS4/Xbone and instead go for the cheaper PS360.
