There are no numbers for the 710m, but it's supposedly based on the 620m: http://www.notebookcheck.net/NVIDIA-GeForce-GT-620M.72198.0.html
Looks like the 7730M beats out the other one in several games. Beyond that, the Dell has more memory, more harddrive space, and a full HD screen vs 900p. It's a better option IMO.
