I feel really sorry for you. This is probably one of the most horrible things that can happen to someone.
To think this website would subject one its subjects to such abuse... Its atrocious!
I tried this a few things and did not have any issue (with 3 different browsers, FF, Chrome and Opera. I refuse to use IE)
