First, you do note care about what's being good for the vita. You said it clearly in your first point. And that is what you do not deserve a proper discussion with me about it. Second, I did not make any assumption about you. But the way you respond to me clearly speak for you. You're an otaku player hurt by what I said. And I do not blame you for it, but in the first place I did not make any assumption. About your "point" 1 and 2, where did I oppose FG community to Otak community ? I know the situation of fighting games and that's why I did not speak about them in my post. The only moment I bring them on the table is when I felt the need to speak about my experience and discussion shared with japanese people. I know you're probably hurt, but do not make me say what I did not say. I do play fighting games, but I'm also objective, and that's the main reason why I did not say that more fighting games would be good for the vita. Only powerhouse fighting games ( Tekken and Street fighter ), or really good ones are needed on the vita. Your point 7 is utterly false. Make, let's say 50% of the game announced Otaku labeled game and we'll see where the vita will be going. Do not get it false please, getting more quality games announced is a good thing. About the rest, all the things I said earlier speak for it already. |
I really hope this is just a elaborate troll post.
2. You did make an assumption about me. You said that anyone interested in "those otaku games" (which I asked you to list, and you've yet to do so) is a Japan weirdo and later implied that anyone who enjoys "those games" have bad taste. Also, nothing you can say or do can "hurt" me, my feelings, or change at all the games I enjoy.
Pretty please show how my 7th point is utterly false? In the past month, less than 10 Japanese games have been announced for Vita. Even if you were ridiculous enough to label these all as weird, otaku games, that's still a small percentage of the total number of Vita games available. And to repeat myself, further, a game that appeals to a small userbase should be immediately equated with low quality. A quality title has absolutely nothing to do with its genre or intended audience.
and no, you haven't spoke for everything already. You gave gaping holes in just about everything you've said. I'm also curious to see where in Europe you're from, because while your English isn't bad, it's definitely not your first language (and I complement you on debating in a second language. I can't imagine doing that at all).

Especially considering that what you claim to be a fan of sells even worse than the games that appearently only weirdos like.
