A little hard on sales? Perhaps a little, but the backlash it's been getting may have been exaggerated. It's selling terribly right now because there are literally no games on it! If it sells this bad when the games do arrive, then it will definitely deserve these "hard" feelings.
As for specs, it will depend on what your expectations were.There are some people who seem to be hard on the specs, but don't seem to understand the whole picture along with it (like claiming the games will not look any better than PS360 games when we know full well that it has features that are likely not even being used) . They should have pushed for more horsepower though, would have made support a bit easier (not guaranteed).
