RE4 received graphical cutbacks just to be able to run on PS2.
You don't dumb down a game to run on a more powerful console.
Besides 233mhz Is less than 450mhz and 800 MHz so its a simple FACT PS2 was weakest console of its generation. Anyone trying to argue a fact really should rethink their life because its really sad you want to rewrite history in order to justify a stance with no bearing. Strongest console never has and never will win. History has proven it time and time again.
