at 34 ? unlikely, overweight usually kills you in your ~50s/60s

at that age (if it was a natural death) an aneurysma seems more likely

If he an athetic young dude, then yeah; most probably it would be some sort of malformation or aneurysma; but since he has like extra 50-60kg; that put a lot of effort to the heart (heart hypertrophy => more oxigen requirements, and poor contractibility which lead to low cardiac output => less oxigen available for the heart); and also considering the extra weight is fat; it is very likely that most of the heart arteries have lots of cholesterol atheromas (less blood in the arteries => less oxigen available).
