Nono, I mean download in the background, then go play a game for a bit. It will then turn itself on in the night, finish the download and install the game. I know you can currently do that, but only if you do nothing else between starting the download and the console installing it

It will also install any uninstalled stuff while you are sleeping

Background downloading is also a normal function unless you auto update, that's different.

Right, you can background download if you aren't playing most games and if you leave your PS3 on. With PS+, the console will turn itself on in the night and download and install stuff, this definitely only happens with +
