$19 million income in just one year. It really pays of to be a CEO or high-rank executive.
Probably it pays off for the company only because Don Matrix has important connections in the industry, because I don't believe he's an extraordinary business talent in any way.
Lucky for MS that the Zynga deal didn't become reality. It wouldn't have been worth it.
