Do it "Playstation Style" (which really isn't anything new since Nintendo has done it since the SNES days): Bundle every big system seller with the console as soon as they're released. Even take a loss on the game if necessary. Heck, even bundle it digitally to reduce the losses.
That's right, kids. Killer Instinct was once a Nintendo bundled title!
