The problem is I know literally nothing when it comes to graphics cards. All I can tell you is that Nividia and AMD make good graphics cards (right?).

Also, I'm guessing the HD Graphics 3000 card in my old HP Laptop sucks? I could somehow manage to run Skyrim on the lowest settings on it lol, albeit with a little lag when I was fighting enemies.
