Yeah, Japan has two cultural factors that give rise to this kind of thing

1.  They are the kind of place that works really hard, so they play really hard.  Over there it's not just a cliche'd saying, but how they are.

2.  They are some kinky mothers over there.  That's why they have all kinds of tentacle porn which is basically bestiality, but whatever.
