well this is very disappointing. Nintendo is so out of touch with whats happening in the gaming industry. Didn't they know that EVERYONE else experienced the same problems at the beginning of last gen, but has now adjusted accordingly. Nintendo should have noticed, and prepared before hand and they had plenty of time to do so.
Nintendo needs new management, something very screwy is going on at Nintendo. you would think a Big multi billion dollar company like Nintendo would be prepared for things like this :/

Like in my other post. They could have listned to all of the problems that every dev had with HD development but the only way they would know how much resources they would need is by making an HD game.

Essentially, they could have had a small section of their R&D working on HD development since 2007 or '08. Even without having a confirmed next gen hardware, it really doesn't make sense that no one underneath the Nintendo umbrella was testing the waters until 2010 or 2011, unless they are run by some short sighted morons.
