Troy Baker who voices joel said that that day when he shot that scene was one of the worst days of his life because he had to dig deep and find an experience he had that was emotional in order to get the part right. And what was worse is they had to shoot it again after that. |
Being a great actor truly takes balls and complete openness with ones emotions and life experiences. It had to be gut wrenching to dig up all of those memories for less than a minute of tape.
