I'm an American born Canadian, with background from France, U.K., Germany, Belgium, Hungary, and Romania. I know a lot of Chinese and Koreans, but only a few Jamaicans, and they don't talk like that.

You ever been to the island of Jamaica?  I have twice.  While most of them aren't that hard to understand there are some that talk exactly how the radio guy talk.  Hell, I have a hard time understanding some normal black people here in USA.  I have to say what?, agree even though I don't know what I'm agreeing to, or just laugh to act like I understand them.  They don't all talk like that but there are some that do.

Yea, even on island you can understand almost all of them.  I'm just trying to say that there are some Rastas that talk in a heavy Jamaican accent that is hard for a normal English speaker to understand.
