You ever been to the island of Jamaica? I have twice (possibly 3 times can't remember exactly). While most of them aren't that hard to understand there are some that talk exactly how the radio guy talk. Hell, I have a hard time understanding some normal black people here in USA. I have to say what?, agree even though I don't know what I'm agreeing to, or just laugh to act like I understand them. They don't all talk like that but there are some that do.
