I've read a number of different opinion artlicles stating that the DS3 was better for shooters as well. Nothing to do with Triggers because on DS3 the bumpers were the usual shoot and aim buttons. It is because of the DS3 analogue sticks having a smaller dead zone than the 360, which leads to more responsive movement.
