Well yeah, it will give them feedback about ads they are showing, complaints, things they like, etc. I believe I remember seeing something from an MS guy saying something to the effect of "if you appear happy, or voice approval for something, it will provide feedback to devs about what part of the game they are enjoying". Though, tbh, it would work the same with ads...so if someone is like, "oh man, I'm hungry, it might start showing food ads". Not a big deal, imo, and kinda cool in a way. Hopefully that is all it is used for.
