I don't know much about RTS games, but I think this qualifies.
It's a $20 bundle featuring XCOM: Enemy Unknown, Civilization: IV Complete Edition, and Civilization V: Gold Edition
There's also a Command and Conquer bundle with 17 games for $20 (It's through Origin)
A Company of Heroes pack with Company of Heroes, Opposing Fronts, and Tales of Valor, plus all the DLC for $7.49
Been away for a bit, but sneaking back in.
