Don't use the context excuse. You were referring to hardware, and that includes everything that could be described as hardware. The things in my linked post are just as important as differentiators as a bump in clock speed and RAM complement.
I didn't imply that you were denying anything, but you are oversimplifying what "hardware" entails.
