How clean is (your) McDonald's? At my Subway a lot of the employees would not wash their hands (even after wiping their nose/touching something dirty/touching their skin/touching their clothes, etc. etc.), and would reuse knives for different things. I refuse to eat at SUbway because of it. I've also seen employees extend expiration dates for food. Though they were all good at making sure temps were correct (except one)


It's only my 2nd day but I really only see people wash their hands once in awhile at least over by the grill and prep. I hardly ever see people change cloves/use the right one. I mean I don't like changing my cloves all the time either, it is a pain in the ass but I do probably over several times throughout my shift. Especially the cloves we are supposed to use to touch raw meat. It isn't even easy to be 100% safe at least in my position where I dont get much time to do anything other than cook and watch the food.
