Well going by that philosophy everything can be stressful, so I'll just say that Animal Crossing isn't inherently stressful. Also, what's so stressful about completeing the museum? You have an infinite amount of time to do it, and most of the items can be obtained without much effort. It just takes a ton of time is all.
