From the ending of episode 3 i understood the team wanted to delve into the creations of the universe. Unsurprisingly it seemed to have been the theme of Xenoblade, even though i never played it.

The saga was supposed to span 6 episodes. And from what i gather Xenoblade wasnt originally part of it.

Nice to know because Xenoblade seems to be a great JRPG... I know Xenogears talk about predecessors and previous lifes ... so it is the last.

I didn't like the first Xenosaga... so I never tried the others.


Xenogears isnt the last, as there was supposed to be an episode 6. But, most probably we will never see it. It doesnt end in a cliffhanger of any sort though, so it functions as a proper closure aswell.

I thought xenosaga 1 and 2 were really boring but episode 3 is quite good.
