Of course he is. And so is Mega Man.

Super Smash Bros. is all about legendary and cool characters, that's why Snake doesn't fit in. He's lower tier than the freakin' Ice Climbers.

Isn't Snake one of the best SSBB characters? He's broken almost as Meta Knight.
