Phil Spencer- The guy MS hired only because he had ties to what Sony was up to but is really not that great at relations and barely understands the product for the level of speaking he's doing. He seems like he had a lot of social issues growing up. Psychologically speaking you can see it when hes on stage speaking even.
Don Mattrick- is just out of touch with gamers. He seems like he got picked on a lot in school but got cocky once he got rich.
Yusuf- Doesn't give a shit about gamers. He's 100% prick businessman. He doesn't give a shit what you think, but hes going to make the deal.
Reggie and Jack Tretton- Guys who give you honest answers and aren't afraid to meet you half way in a conversation. Jack Tretton is the expert salesman and people person and Reggie is the expert businessman.
Kaz Hirai- Dick, dick, dick...hes such a dick that the community makes fun of him for it. He's not incompetent which is why he was promoted though.
