I really don't like Bethesda. Their mod support is great and their games have great concepts and they can be improved quite a bit with mods... But really, they make horrible designs choices and it feels as though they have great ideas but that they're the wrong team to pull them off. I'm not saying Bethesda's games are bad... Just that they waste a lot of potential.
Other than that, I can't really think of any developers I don't like that much. There's probably others but no, not coming to my mind right now. But if we get to publishers... Oh, I could name so many of them.
