The amount of translation and localisation work for a game is several times more than an anime series in most cases, plus got the extra dev costs and in most cases the sales are lower, plus anime unlike games has no cut for a platform holder. Even skipping the dub cost and using the japanese VA I cannot see how it is close to worth doing.

...and so Yakuza 5 and most VIta stuff stays in Japan :(

99% of all shows are translated and distributed digitally and about 85% of all shows are released in DVD or Bluray form. Everything gets licensed. Considering that Japanese studios are now releasing their own IPs in the US shortly after their Japanese release, I'd say there is obviously some money to be made.
