For a while it was raven software. After hearing about X-Men Origins, (like an idiot) I had assumed the wii version was going to get equal treatment but in the end we got a shitty version of it. Not to mention the real version were called "uncaged"
But currently its bethesda, they're too proud of their bruised egos to realized that some their games are full of technical issues.
